During my years working at the Chamber of Commerce I would coach our members to market their business services and products. The telephone will not ring, customers will not come into your store, and no one will talk about you unless you talk about you first. That’s marketing in its simplest form.

  3. Service, not sales. Marketing has changed from the days of hard-hitting ads. Today’s marketing strategies has become a two-way communication tool. Your marketing should be inviting consumers to interact with you. The more engagement, the better results. Engagement is critical. You engage by asking questions, getting others opinions, or just sharing information that will help them have a better day.


Marketing is a marathon. You will win with stick-ability. Be committed ~ have intention ~ build it and they will come.
