CROSS-POSTING AND EMAIL

Jobs that are posted on any of our websites by an employer that registered as a federal contractor or subcontractor in our system are automatically delivered to the appropriate state agency. We do this in one of two ways.

Mandatory Job Listing with Local State Employment Offices
	Cross-Posting: Jobs are automatically listed with the authorized VEVRAA service states where the employer registered with the state job bank. The job posting reference number from the state job bank website is saved for reporting purposes.
Or
	Email: Jobs are emailed to the appropriate state workforce agency for participating states. The email requests that your job(s) are listed appropriately within the delivery system. The name of the agency that was emailed and the link to view a copy of the email is saved for reporting purposes.

In addition, we are partnered with more than 10,000 Community Partners represented by minorities, women, people with disabilities, veterans, universities and colleges, state workforce agencies, diversity organizations, professional/technical groups and business professionals. If appropriate, your job postings are included in the daily JobCast™ emails to be shared with the members of the organizations.
