About Us

An individual is an "Internet applicant" when all of the following criteria is met.

Number 1 Individual submits an expression of interest in employment through the Internet or related electronic data technologies
Number 2 Employer considers the individual for employment in a particular position
Number 3 Individual's expression of interest shows that he/she meets the basic qualifications for the position
Number 4 Individual does not remove him/herself from consideration prior to an offer of employment

Features on our website make it easier for federal contractors and subcontractors to comply with Executive Order 11246, which prohibits said employers from hiring based on race, color, religion, sex or national origin and requires them to take affirmative action to ensure equal opportunity in all aspects of hiring.

Records of applicant information and hiring searches are easily accessible to save time during an audit.

  • Collection of Demographic Data for Internet Applicants
Our tools allow employers to gather applicant information regarding gender, race, ethnicity, and veteran status. This information is helpful during an OFCCP audit. While employers have easy access to the tools, it is the employer's choice if and how to utilize the tools.

  • Data Management/Record Retention related to Internet Applicants
We help employers record and retain the following data from the candidate database searches:
    • Position for which the database search was conducted
    • Date of the search
    • Search criteria used
    • Number of results that populated from the search criteria
    • Resumes of any job seekers whose resume was viewed
