Company Overview
Tyonek Native Corporation (Tyonek) is an Alaska Native Corporation and parent company to a growing number of subsidiary businesses that provide defense engineering and manufacturing, aircraft maintenance, information technology services, construction services, and general support services to a broad customer base.

Headquartered in Anchorage, Alaska, Tyonek has operating locations and manufacturing plants throughout the United States.  All of our subsidiaries are classified as Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB) and many are certified participants in the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program. Our companies enjoy well-earned reputations with government agencies and business partners as strong, reliable providers of high quality goods and services.

Our subsidiaries are led and managed by four distinct Operating Groups, whose focus is on the provision of services; manufacturing of goods; construction; and land development.

Tyonek Native Corporation has its roots in the landmark Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) of 1971. Regional and Village Corporations were established under the Act as a way to support sustainable economic independence for Alaska Natives throughout Alaska.  Tyonek Native Corporation represents the interests of and is accountable to nearly 800 shareholders.

Tyonek is governed by a Board of nine Directors, all shareholders, who set corporate directives for a professional management staff and employees in Alaska and in the Lower 48 states. We are proud to say that 52% of our employee base are US veterans.

Tyonek’s mission is to profitably manage the Corporation so that Tebughna Shareholders have the opportunity to prosper individually and collectively, and with our partners in business.
