Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented, data-driven, digital marketer to support our North American inbound marketing strategy. This dynamic person will support the creation, launch and continual maintenance of digital lead generation campaigns leveraging multiple channels including Google Adwords/Display, paid social and industry specific display advertising. This is role will be responsible for every aspect of these campaigns from concept to content creation to launch and most importantly making metrics driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
We're looking for a "jack-of-all-trades" for everything digital marketing. The ideal candidate will understand how to write and distribute relevant content to segmented personas at each stage of the buyer's journey but especially at the top of funnel. This person should thrive in high-paced environments, have excellent written communication skills and excel in project management.
Responsibilities:
* Effectively use digital marketing channels to promote content and generate leads within specific target markets to feed our robust nurture programs
* Ability to write great marketing copy based on insights gained through collaborating with sales and other subject-matter-experts
* Build all the assets needed for digital lead generation including but not limited to the content to be promoted, landing page copy, conversion forms, ad copy and social posts
* Optimize lead scoring and distribution methodology to ensure quality leads are passed to sales for qualification and for increasing efficiencies and conversion rates
* Monitor organic and paid campaign performance and work with the Marketing Manager to implement metrics-driven changes to optimize results
* Establish closed-loop analytics to understand how our inbound marketing activity is performing and continually refine our conversion efforts
* Formally present campaign performance and future planned lead gen activity to senior leadership
* Dedicate yourself to learning the personas we target and how our software adds value to their work
* Collaborate with the Sales department to ensure marketing efforts ladder up to their sales and financial goals


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or other business discipline with 5-7 years inbound, digital marketing experience
Past experience with SEO, Paid Search, Remarketing, Social Media, Marketing Automation (Marketo Preferred) and Web Analytics
Strong in Google AdWords, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Experience in tracking and reporting campaign results as well as using metrics to constantly improve performance
Experience in using A/B testing to improve performance
High attention to detail and the ability to managing multiple projects each with aggressive timelines
Passionate about digital marketing with a commitment to stay informed on new technologies, trends and best practices
