Sales Development Representative:

• High volume calling and prospecting
• Engaging with customers in a consultative approach

• Wisdom to respect the importance of every phone call
• Competence in learning and discussing Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, Internet of Things, Software as a Service, Enterprise Resource Planning and Cloud-based solutions
• Researching information through client CRM
• Big picture thinking fueling perseverance through follow up calls, leaving voice mails, coordinating appointments, presenting metrics
• Integrity of intel reported daily into CRM and of email correspondence sent on behalf of our clients
• Coordinating successful go to market services for business owners client stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, customer service, sales training, or sales internship

Preferred Qualifications

• 6-9 month of calling experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Prior cloud sales and marketing experience
• AZ900 certified for equivalent experience (candidates are expected to earn the AZ900 certification within 3 months of joining the team if not certified today)
• Tools/Systems - Fluency with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365,Web Conferencing tools) and experience using CRM systems, experience using prospecting tools (Zoominfo, Techtarget, etc.)

This is a hybrid position based out of Atlanta, Georgia.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.
