Job Description:

The NetSuite Manager is responsible for the implementation of NetSuite Cloud ERP. He/ She will work within a project team and will be responsible for managing clients in mostly a post-sale environment. This position will assess client needs, develop solutions and implement them to the client's satisfaction. Our consultants must have a passion for helping clients. Managing success against typical project constraints are a requirement of the job.

As a Manager you will:

  • Work strictly with Private Equity (PE) backed portfolio companies to implement NetSuite Enterprise Resource (ERP)

  • Focus on workstreams including Financials, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Operations, Warehousing, etc.

  • Lead project teams through the overall implementation across all industries (Tech, healthcare, professional services, manufacturing & distribution)

  • Develop functional and process design and prototyping- functional and technical

  • Build, develop and test scripted solutions

  • Develop testing plans and support customers through the testing cycle

  • Develop training plans and deliver across all functional departments

  • Transition customer after go live to account management and support

  • Work closely with Advisory Services team on other offerings for the clients including IT Due Diligence, ERP Selection & IT Roadmaps

  • Maintain strategic relationships with Private Equity firms out of NYC, Boston, SF etc.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8+ years consulting experience with NetSuite Cloud ERP

  • 5-8+ years consulting experience with cloud enterprise platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Sage Intacct, or Workday

  • Strong background/Experience with inventory management, WMS, retail, online processing, shipping, manufacturing, wholesale companies

  • Must have strong functional implementation and configuration within the functional areas (P2P, Design to Build, Order to Cash, etc)

  • Strong understanding of the Sales and Accounting/ Finance process from Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, at minimum. Build-to-Order,

  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills (MS Visio and MS PowerPoint)

  • Exceptional organization and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, detailed environment

  • Strong work ethic and ability to self-manage and take initiative on projects

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree

  • NetSuite Certified Professional, desired, but not required

  • Techno-Functional experience, desired, but not required

  • Flexibility with travel


The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $118,370 to $171,630.
