As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving our company's success by identifying, attracting, and onboarding the best talent. You'll work closely with our HR team and department managers to ensure our recruitment strategies are top-notch and our HR operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top candidates.
    • Manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
    • Utilize job boards, social media, networking sites, and employee referrals to find quality candidates.
    • Coordinate with department managers to understand their hiring needs.
    • Handle the applicant tracking system (ATS) and actively participate in interviews.
  • HR Administration:
    • Maintain confidential employee files and manage HR records efficiently.
    • Administer I-9 reporting and E-Verify processes.
    • Support new hire onboarding and manage the new hire checklist.
  • General Administrative Support:
    • Contribute to employee appreciation initiatives.
    • Assemble orientation manuals and new hire paperwork.
    • Prepare materials for presentations and training sessions.
    • Manage calendars, coordinate events, and create documentation.

What We're Looking For:

  • A bachelor's degree with at least two years of related experience in talent acquisition or HR.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • A professional demeanor, with a critical thinking mindset and independent decision-making abilities.
