We are excited to add a Graphic Designer to our Marketing team! The position will pay between $85,500 - $104,500 based on previous relevant experience, educational credentials, and location.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Within an agile and team-based marketing environment, execute layout and design of marketing and communication materials that support the MIMEDX marketing strategies, brand guidelines and corporate objectives, including both internal and external corporate projects. Collaborates with all team members to ensure copy and design are in sync and align with overall branding. Partners with the team members to provide project status and ensure campaigns are delivered on-time and meet business objectives.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Support the Marketing team and other departments by executing graphic design for campaigns and projects to communicate to internal and external customers
  • Design with clear ideation and ensure brand consistency for marketing and communication materials, including, but not limited to all forms of print and digital: brochures, advertising, presentations, promotional materials, forms, and packaging.
  • Manage a dynamic set of multiple work priorities, demands, and changes
  • Attend campaign reviews and work with agencies. Receive and implement feedback, making any necessary design corrections
  • Prepare electronic files and physical mockup for release of jobs to printers for prepress/printing and files for deployment
  • Work with print vendors, agencies
  • Complete edits in electronic files from proof reviews. Prepare files and generate proofs for next review stage, including uploads to review/print

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • BA/BFA in Design or a related field
  • Five plus (5+) years' graphic designer experience in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
  • Proficiency of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) required
  • Experience and understanding of pre-press and print processes required
  • Photography and Wordpress skills a plus
  • Strong collaborative, professional and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot to reach a feasible solution
  • Ability to produce high quality design content under tight deadline conditions required.
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail; effective at prioritizing and multi-tasking
  • Ability to work independently required
  • Team player attitude required
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, changing environment with diverse thought leadership
