Job Description

The Groundskeeper enhances the appearance of the center and directly improves the customer experience and satisfaction while visiting the property.
You will work as part of a maintenance team of 4 at a 500,000 sq ft shopping mall in Gainesville, GA. This position requires the Groundskeeper to be on-site. Local market requirements may vary slightly.
Schedule: Evenings and weekends
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Walk property and pick up all trash and debris from sidewalks and empty all trash cans
Clean all common area garbage cans, benches, mailboxes and signs
Power wash sidewalks, loading docks and service corridors
Remove rubbish and clean bathrooms, mop and scrub floors when necessary
Minor tree and plant trimming
When necessary, assist Maintenance Technicians with property repair duties
Other projects and tasks to be assigned
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall
Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneeling, lift and/or drive
Strong customer service skills
Interest in learning basic maintenance skills
