Northside Hospital System seeks a highly motivated and analytical Strategic Finance Leaderto join our Profitability team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Northside's financial future by overseeing financial analysis, maintaining our long-range financial model, and supporting strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Be our Financial Modeling Expert leader, leading the Profitability team and ensuring timely completion of all requests.
• Become an expert on our data systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring data accuracy.
• Own and manage Northside's Long Range Financial Model, a cornerstone for strategic planning and decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Strategy, FP&A, Operations) to gather crucial financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Develop and implement a robust benchmarking strategy, keeping us ahead of the curve.
• Guide financial analysts, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
• Educate Finance staff and hospital management on data utilization for informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred (Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Public Health).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Consulting
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data warehouse structures, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word), and SQL Server.
