The Financial Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for managing data retrieval and both financial and operational analysis within the organization. His/her duties include communicating between functional leaders, senior management, and the IT department to secure data, analyze it, and provide actionable insights to the operational team members. The primary goal is to transform data into meaningful, actionable insights and produce the analytical framework for sustainable results. This position will be a significant contributor to the strong positive cultural environment of Edera. They will collaborate with other Edera Senior Managers to promote the growth and success of the organization and to provide support for junior level personnel.

Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and providing actionable insights to support our financial and business operations.

  • Extracting, analyzing, and presenting complex financial data to Project Managers, Business Unit Leaders and Management, enabling them to make informed strategic decisions. Your expertise in business intelligence tools, financial analysis, and data visualization will be essential in transforming raw data into meaningful information.

  • Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling, to support strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

  • Extract data from various sources, conduct data cleansing, normalization, and transformation, and ensure data accuracy and integrity for financial analysis and reporting purposes.

  • Present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner through visually appealing charts, graphs, and reports, facilitating data-driven discussions and enhancing understanding across different business units.

  • Develop and maintain financial dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, enabling stakeholders to access real-time, actionable insights and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and senior management, to understand business requirements, gather data, and deliver insightful analysis and recommendations.

  • Provide comprehensive financial and ERP systems support to project and department managers during project realization.

  • Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling, to support strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

  • Continuously evaluate and enhance financial analysis processes, methodologies, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Identify financial trends and patterns.

  • Use industry leading analytics platforms including Power BI, Salesforce etc., to manage, review, and uncover valuable insights from all departments across the organization.

  • Responsible for ensuring that the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution is designed and implemented to meet the unique needs of Edera L3C. The incumbent will have a strong foundation in reporting and data analytics and be able to effectively manage and analyze data within the Dynamics 365 system.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.

  • 3+ years of progressive working experience and roles in e.g., Finance, Business Intelligence, Sales. Preferably within an international environment.

  • Ability to translate comprehensive financial data into executive level communication material - written, oral and presentation - with demonstrated ability to conduct independent research, filter and synthesize data and produce clear, logical and concise products for various levels of executive management.

  • Solid understanding of financial principles, concepts, and accounting practices.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and reports within tight deadlines.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis.

  • Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus.

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, and Operations.

  • Prior work experience as a CEO's assistant or close and direct relationship with CEO is required.

  • Experience with eClinicalWorks and Salesforce is required.

  • Experience with Compass / Change Navigator software is a must. (Unique and innovative organizational change management (OCM) capability that leverages Salesforce and proprietary user-centric methodology to support people, process, and technology changes).

  • Strong proficiency with MS Office 365 skills to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

  • High personal affinity to Healthcare Technology Solutions / digital topics (previous experience in comparable functions is of great benefit).

  • Understanding of Pharmacy Discount Card business model is required.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

  • Demonstratable high affinity & willingness to combine both analytical and operative tasks.

  • Experience with working in international teams is required.

  • Experience in Social Responsibility Projects and/or Charity organizations is required.

  • Strong analytic, quantitative abilities and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to follow up with multiple tasks, priorities, and projects simultaneously, with effective use of time management.

  • High energy, strong work ethic, quick learner, critical thinker, problem solver and team player.

  • Result driven, with excellent customer relationship, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time is required.
