Seeking a Sr. Developer - UI

Responsibilities:
- Craft innovative and human-centered interactions across Delta's digital platforms
- Contribute to the enhancement of client's omnichannel digital design system
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all digital assets
- Help grow the enterprise design function, contributing to the development of playbooks and best practices
- Collaborate with product teams, fellow designers, and user researchers to develop intuitive interfaces
- Work alongside developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
Requirements:
- 5+ years of digital design experience
- A robust portfolio showcasing an understanding of design principles
- Proficiency in design systems, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools
- Familiarity with user research and testing methodologies
- Strong foundation in interaction design, visual design, and design optimization
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies and frameworks
- Expertise in responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Expertise in Agile methods and Design Thinking
- Effective communication skills
