Job Description
Printpack's manufacturing plant in Villa Rica, GA is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Laminator Operator.

This position is currently on a 3/2 shift - 7:00pm - 7:00am but candidate must be able to work any shift.

The Laminator Operator is responsible for the overall operation of the Laminator, which includes, but is not limited to:

  • Set up and monitor the machine process to assure quality product
  • Ensure productivity goals are met for department/machine by monitoring run speeds, set up times and coordination of support departments
  • Troubleshoot and correct problems
  • Communication orally and/or in writing to other departments for resolution of mechanical problems, reporting defective material, coordination of job preparations, change overs and daily shift information
  • Accurate and timely production reporting
  • Training new associates
  • Comply with all safety rules

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous lamination experience is preferred
    • EOE F/M/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Disabled/Vet
