About the role:
Do you have experience in online event registration management? Large housing block management? Cvent event management? Any or all of the above? Become part of the BCD Meetings & Events team!


We're looking for outgoing professional who has experience in event logistics planning and/or execution to join our dynamic team dedicated to supporting events for a Life Sciences client. Advanced Excel skills are a must, Cvent event management is a big plus... but we can train.


As part of a high touch team, you will identify and optimize online registration process and strategies. We are looking for a confident and effective collaborator, communicator and who strives in a high paced, multi-project environment. You will work on all types of in-person and virtual events.


Large internal events, meetings and programs of 100 - 600+ attendees in size. Travel as well as out of normal business hours working will be required, supporting some of our clients highest profile events.

As a Registration Manager you will:

  • Lead the online registration process for assigned events ensuring data integrity and reporting using event technology databases and Excel
  • Handle attendee inquires via phone and email
  • Be a proactive, engaged and collaborative member of the assigned event team
  • Create a seamless attendee experience for everyone the programs assigned support


You're good at

  • Learning and optimizing the optimal attendee online registration experience
  • Using event technology tools and Excel
  • Collaborative, big picture and inclusive problem solving
  • Communicating... both in writing and verbal, with a variety of communication styles and can embrace ideas and opinions different that your own
  • Ability to see around corners, pre-empt and pre plan for every eventuality.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Registration & Housing is between $45,000 - $62,500 The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
