Searching for a high-performing Software Consulting Manager to lead and develop a team of Software Consultants. You will bring a mix of technical knowledge in supply chain-related enterprise software systems as well as an eagerness to recruit and develop strong pre-sales talent. You will strategize and empower your team to think beyond the role of solutioning to value-selling and aiding customers on their journey to realizing value in their logistics transformation journey.What we offer:
DEFINE & DRIVE SUCCESS:
Create and execute strategies, tactics, budgets and KPIs to fulfill your team's vision, mission, objectives and annual business plan
Design and implement a strategic business plan that ensures strong presence and communication of software value
Measure, report and hold team accountable for performance in close rate, on-time delivery, NPS score and quality deliverables
Maintain tight reporting cadence for project performance and pipeline
Present reports and forecasts to the leadership team
Assure the best solutions are presented to customers based on accurate requirements gathering
Generate and foster strong relationships with regional Sales and Solution Development business partners to assure tight alignment.
Research and identify market trends, technologies and solutions that are key to a customer's success and creating competitive advantage for Dematic
DEVELOP the TEAM:
Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of Software Consultants
Hire, train, and develop your team while consistently modeling Dematic and KION Values and Leadership Competencies
Ensure the team has strong customer facing, value-selling and storytelling skillset
Plan expansion and training investment aligned to business needs
MANAGE WORK:
Evaluate workload, generate work assignments, and manage team bandwidth and project priority
Participate in customer meetings as needed
Operate using iterative value creation methods
COMMUNICATE VISION, VALUE & NEEDS:
Communicate and demonstrate the Dematic Software vision to the team, motivating them to be industry leaders
Communicate software value to business partners and customers in the recommended solutions
Communicate capacity and capability to business partners
Communicate customer needs and Dematic gaps to product management, solution development, and marketing teams to meet market demands

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated ability to drive program results, hit deadlines, and measure team effectiveness
Exceptional interpersonal, team building, mentoring and leadership skills
Demonstrated willingness to take risks and make adjustments quickly
Executive-level verbal and written communication skills
5+ years manager/supervisor experience
3+ years industry experience
Travel estimated 20% - 25%
