Job Description:
As the Director of Renewal Management at NextGen, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our renewal operations. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, cross-company collaboration, attention to detail and revenue optimization strategies. You will be assisting in building a team of renewal analysts to ensure the seamless renewal of contracts, meeting revenue targets, and providing visibility to the renewal plan and status. This is a very metrics driven role that plays a vital part in ensuring revenue stream continuity and identifying any risk with the plan and the opportunity for mitigation.Strategic Planning:
