The Marketing Coordinator will be a part of NV5's Cary, NC-based marketing team, developing quality proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials in a deadline-driven environment. The successful candidate must be an organized, detail-oriented, self-starter with a passion for producing top-quality proposals and materials while serving our clients with a good mix of professionalism and creativity. This position will support service line groups within our Cary and Charlotte, NC; Alpharetta, GA; and Orlando, FL offices. Service lines include roadway and structure design, hydraulic design, planning, environmental, site/civil, building structures, GIS, survey, subsurface utility engineering, geotechnical engineering and materials inspection. Familiarity is a plus.

This position will support service line groups within our Cary and Charlotte, NC; Alpharetta, GA; and Orlando, FL offices. Service lines include roadway and structure design, hydraulic design, planning, environmental, site/civil, building structures, GIS, survey, subsurface utility engineering, geotechnical engineering, and materials inspection.

Responsibilities
    Lead and coordinate the development of proposals, statements of qualifications (SOQ), and pre-qualification submissions in compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements, including page layout and design, outline of submittal, preparing and enforcing schedules, writing non-technical portions, proofreading and formatting technical portions, managing the entire submittal from beginning to submission, and preparing interview materials.
  • Write, proofread, and edit marketing collateral, presentations, award submissions, and other documents.
  • Create, update and maintain marketing collateral materials and content libraries, including but not limited to brochures, banners, project sheets, personnel resumes, graphics, and non-technical supporting narratives.
  • Coordinate with subconsultants and specialized consultants.
  • Work with internal project managers, technical staff, and marketing staff across the firm to gather content for proposals and marketing initiatives.
  • Other related marketing duties, as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task and is comfortable working in a fast, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop (Preferred); Deltek/Vision CRM software familiarity is welcomed but not required; MacOS proficiency (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of the architecture/engineering consulting industry a plus
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
