Our manufacturing client is looking for a Cybersecurity Project Manager to join their team.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Pay Rate: $65.00 - $68.00/hr on W2

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.


Responsibilities of the Cybersecurity Project Manager:
  • Formalize and incorporate policies and techniques to manage a set of related IT and cybersecurity projects
  • Ensure efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources, to achieve program objectives
  • Lead projects securely coordinating competing priorities to deliver progress
  • Adhere to processes, procedures, tools and techniques set by project management
  • Establish project management processes, procedures, tools and techniques
  • Utilize methodologies to work in an agile environment
  • Support the development of products and delivering services
  • Estimate project effort in terms of time and cost metrics as input into project management lifecycle planning and tracking
  • Define and track appropriate metrics to ensure that the goals of a project/portfolio are being met
  • Plan, schedule, and allocate people, budget, and technology to a project or program
  • Ensure that financial, people and other resources are being managed in the optimal manner
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about status, adjustments, and progress
Requirements of the Cybersecurity Project Manager:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 5 years of experience in project management or related
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and best practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • PMP and Scrum certification
