Responsibilities

Full-Time Remote position but must be located on the West Coast

Leads the assigned Medicare Set Aside team to ensure timely and cost effective MSA product on a consistent basis. Responsible for overall customer satisfaction with regard to MSA product for all related matters of assigned team. Accountable for meeting monthly production goals for the MSA aspect. Completes reports and distribution deadlines.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Have a thorough understanding of the case management standards and criteria.
* Able to communicate effectively with customers to meet their needs - customers both internally
and externally.
* Performs completion of reports on a regular basis.
* Ability to meet established product deadlines as assigned.
* Adherence to established documentation standards & procedures.



Qualifications

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* MSCC certification and maintain certification at approriate renewal times and must have an active RN License

* Work requires sufficient knowledge of Medicare Set-Aside Arrangements to be able to understand the work flow of this product* Organized, flexible, and ability to prioritize
* Excellent verbal and written skills
* Possess a 2 year degree or equivalent; higher formal education or additional on-the-job training preferred
* Must be proficient in a variety of computer software applications for database management, word processing, spreadsheets & e-mail. (MS Office platform.) Keyboard skills 30-35 wpm
* Ability to complete reports with computer software program
* Must be able to meet deadlines within a dynamic, fast paced, service work environment.
* Proven expertise in providing exceptional customer service with strong communication capability. Must demonstrate a positive attitude

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $81,200 - $100,000annually and includes eligibility to participate in a performance based bonus program.
