The APS PM Maintenance Planning and Scheduling System Owner drives the development and implementation of the Altium Performance System (APS) Planned Maintenance (PM) element Maintenance Planning and Scheduling work process across the company. This role utilizes TPM methodology on operational sites to build standard work processes, daily management systems, templates, and assessment tools for maintenance planning and scheduling. This role will work closely with the PM element team, engineering, our manufacturing plant steering teams, operations directors, and functional leaders to drive loss elimination by increasing OEE. The APS Maintenance Planning and Scheduling System Owner is responsible for positively impacting each site's Repair and Maintenance spending by deploying the newly created system.

Responsibilities:
* Work PM Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Systems SME in a principle-based organization that leverages the Altium Guiding Principles and Altium Performance System to create significant value based on eliminating losses.
* Drive PM Maintenance Planning and Scheduling System function through effective leadership, strategic vision, high personal standards, and professional ethics.
* Lead Cross-functional improvement teams across Altium network.
* Lead local improvement work across Altium network.
* Train local CI Managers, Operators, and Plant Leadership in Altium Performance Systems.
* Develop systems standard work process to plan and schedule maintenance, including but not limited to Planned Stops.
* Develop maintenance planning and scheduling daily management system.
* Support the development of the PM assessment tool.
* Provide priority direction to the PM Effectiveness Leader.
* Partner with the Continuous Skill Development element owner on creating training material for MP&S.
* Support other APS elements in the journey to achieve compelling business needs.
* Support PM element on other initiatives (Lubrication, Advanced PM Systems, Spare Part Management, Maintenance Cost Management, Breakdown Elimination).
* Strong interpersonal skills and track record of leading and implementing change.
* Educate, communicate, and work with all levels of manufacturing associates, including senior leadership, plant leaders, and shop-floor employees.
* Plan, lead, and facilitate meetings and working sessions.
* Direct and lead multiple initiatives at once.
* Build and implement detailed project plans.
* Utilize computer skills necessary to build all required content.

Required Qualifications:
* 5-7+ years of experience in a technical or leadership role in manufacturing operations.
* Experience implementing TPM.
* Strong experience in using enterprise ERP and CMMS.
* Experience in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling.
* Experience in Material Request Planning.
* Willingness to travel 50% of the time across plant operation locations. [Note: this position is expected to support all manufacturing sites.]
* Working knowledge and practical experience applying Continuous Improvement principles and processes within the manufacturing environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to manage change, develop others, and strategically plan for continuous improvement by leveraging appropriate pillar processes.
* Highly effective facilitation and project management skills.
* Ability to effectively assess situations and make appropriate decisions promptly.
* Strong influential leadership skills.
* Superior written and verbal communication skills.
* Analytical mindset and ability to understand and organize data.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related Technical or Industrial field.
* Experience implementing TPM in rigid plastics and/or continuous flow manufacturing.
