Education/Experience, Licenses, Knowledge and Skills, Physical Requirements:
Education/Experience: * Candidates must have valid and current Lifeguard Training Certification and Water Safety Instructor by date of hire. * Supervisory experience required. * Cash Handling experience preferred. * Six (6) months lifeguard experience preferred. Knowledge & Skills: * Basic lifeguard skills/duties. * Knowledge of water chemistry. * Skill in teaching classes. * Basic computer skills. * Supervisory skills. * Demonstrate proficiency in swimming abilities. * Ability to handle rescue activities while in the water. * Be able to identify problems either visually or by auditory means in order to be alert to life saving needs. ^*
