Benjamin Ruark is a retired senior curriculum designer and performance improvement consultant. He has over 25 years of experience in instructional design, training analysis, and organizational development consulting in TQM/Lean Mfg./Service redesign. Mr. Ruark has developed interactive trainings, instructional manuals, and program development strategies in the areas of Evidence-Based Practices in community corrections, change-agent management strategies, data and survey collection planning, process workflows in manufacturing, end-user software in petrochemicals and project mgmt./accounting for the construction trades, customer service quality assessment, and training needs assessment at all organizational levels. He has worked with agencies and corporations in a wide variety of fields in both the United States and the United Kingdom.
